COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP POLICY

ZUDIMA AMBASSADOR COMMUNITY (ZAC)

ZAC (ZUDIMA Ambassador Community) is the official community program of ZUDIMA Lifestyle Private Limited.

All individuals who register through ZACMART, the Company's official digital commerce platform, become ZAC Community Members.

Through ZACMART, Community Members can discover and purchase products, introduce products to others, participate in community activities, and become eligible to receive Community Rewards in accordance with the Community Commerce Distribution Model (CCDM) after completing the applicable eligibility requirements.

This Policy sets out the eligibility requirements, membership rules, reward eligibility, and responsibilities applicable to all Community Members.

I. ELIGIBILITY FOR MEMBERSHIP

To become a Community Member and access the services available through ZACMART, you must satisfy the following requirements.

1. Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement under the applicable laws of India.

3. Accurate Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and keep your profile information current.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

4. Account Limit

Each individual may maintain a maximum of three (3) Community Member accounts unless otherwise approved in writing by the Company.

All permitted accounts must:

Be registered using the member's genuine identity and contact information.
Comply with all Company policies and applicable laws.
Not be created for fraud, reward manipulation, promotional abuse, or any unauthorised purpose.

The Company may verify ownership of any account and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy.

5. Community Registration

Individuals may join the ZUDIMA Ambassador Community by:

Registering directly through ZACMART;
Being introduced by an existing eligible Community Member; or
Being invited directly by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or cancel any membership application.

6. Free Membership

Community Membership is completely free.

No joining fee, membership fee, subscription fee, renewal fee, or activation fee is required.

7. Community Reward Eligibility

All registered users are recognised as Community Members of the ZUDIMA Ambassador Community.

However, eligibility to receive Community Rewards begins only after completing the First Qualifying Purchase in accordance with the Company's Community Activation Policy.

Until then, Community Members may access the platform and participate in community activities, but Community Rewards and certain related benefits may not be available.

8. Compliance with Company Policies

Every Community Member must comply with:

Terms & Conditions
Community Membership Policy
Compensation Plan
Privacy Policy
Refund & Return Policy
Any other policies or operational guidelines published by the Company.

9. Prohibited Activities

Community Members must not:

Register using false or misleading information.
Create accounts beyond the permitted limit.
Engage in fraudulent transactions.
Manipulate Community Rewards.
Abuse referral links, QR codes, promotional campaigns, or platform features.
Violate applicable laws or Company policies.

Violation may result in suspension, termination, cancellation of rewards, or other appropriate action.

10. Suspension or Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate any Community Member account involved in fraud, misuse, policy violations, unlawful activities, or conduct that adversely affects the Company, Community Members, business partners, or the platform.

11. Acceptance

By registering as a Community Member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with:

12. Amendments

The Company may revise this Policy from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, operational, or business requirements.

Continued use of ZACMART after publication of any revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

II. COMMUNITY REWARD ELIGIBILITY

Community Membership is free.

Eligibility to receive Community Rewards begins only after completion of the First Qualifying Purchase in accordance with the Company's Community Activation Policy.

Community Rewards are generated exclusively from eligible product purchases processed through ZACMART or authorised Partner Stores and are distributed automatically under the Community Commerce Distribution Model (CCDM).

The detailed reward calculation, eligibility criteria, and distribution methodology are governed by the Company's Compensation Plan.

III. ATTRIBUTED CUSTOMERS

Customers who purchase products through a Community Member's referral link without registering as Community Members are recognised as Attributed Customers.

Eligible purchases made by Attributed Customers may generate Community Rewards for the referring Community Member in accordance with the Company's Compensation Plan.

If an Attributed Customer later registers as a Community Member and completes the First Qualifying Purchase, the customer relationship will thereafter be governed by the applicable Community Commerce Distribution Model (CCDM) and the Company's published policies.

IV. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

The ZUDIMA Ambassador Community is built on the principles of transparency, fairness, responsible commerce, and customer satisfaction.

Community Rewards arise only from eligible product purchases and are administered in accordance with the Community Commerce Distribution Model (CCDM), the Company's Compensation Plan, and applicable laws.

The Company may modify community features, eligibility requirements, reward structures, or operational processes from time to time to improve the platform, comply with legal requirements, or support future business expansion.
