This Income & Earnings Disclaimer explains the nature of Community Rewards available under the Community Commerce Distribution Model (CCDM) and clarifies that participation in the Community does not guarantee any income, profit, or financial success.

1. No Guaranteed Income

ZUDIMA does not guarantee any income, profit, financial success, or specific earning potential.

Any earnings examples, illustrations, testimonials, projections, or statements regarding Community Rewards are provided solely for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as guarantees or promises of future earnings.

Actual Community Rewards depend upon several factors, including but not limited to:

Eligible product purchases.
Customer demand.
Personal effort and participation.
Product recommendations and sales activity.
Compliance with Company policies.
Market conditions and other business factors.

Individual results will vary. Some Community Members may earn more, some may earn less, and some may not earn any Community Rewards.

2. Community Reward Eligibility

Community Rewards are generated exclusively from eligible product purchases processed through ZACMART in accordance with the Community Commerce Distribution Model (CCDM).

No Community Reward is payable merely for:

Registering as a Community Member.
Holding a Community Membership.
Introducing or sponsoring individuals.
Creating an account.
Building a community network without eligible product purchases.

Community Rewards become payable only when the applicable eligibility requirements under the Company's Compensation Plan and CCDM are satisfied.

3. Types of Community Rewards

Depending on eligibility, Community Rewards may include:

First Qualifying Purchase Reward
Direct Community Rewards
ZAC Recognition Rewards
Partner Store Rewards

All Community Rewards remain subject to verification, eligibility requirements, successful order completion, and the Company's published policies.

4. No Investment Opportunity

Participation in the ZUDIMA Ambassador Community is not an investment opportunity.

ZACMART does not offer or promote:

Investment schemes
Deposit schemes
Passive income programs
Guaranteed income opportunities
Money circulation schemes

Community Membership is completely free.

Community Rewards are generated exclusively from eligible product purchases and never from registration, membership fees, recruitment, or introducing individuals alone.

5. Responsible Representation

Community Members must not:

Represent Community Rewards as guaranteed income.
Make false, misleading, or exaggerated income claims.
Suggest that financial success is automatic or effortless.
Misrepresent the Community Commerce Distribution Model (CCDM).
Promote ZACMART or the ZUDIMA Ambassador Community as an investment, passive income opportunity, or get-rich-quick scheme.

Community Members are solely responsible for ensuring that any information shared regarding Community Rewards is truthful, accurate, and consistent with the Company's published policies and applicable laws.

6. Policy Changes

ZUDIMA Lifestyle Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Income & Earnings Disclaimer at any time to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulatory requirements, business operations, technology, or Company policies.

Any revised version shall become effective from the date it is published on ZACMART and shall supersede all previous versions.
