No. Joining the ZUDIMA Ambassador Community (ZAC) is completely free. There are no: Registration Fees, Joining Fees, Membership Fees, Subscription Fees, Renewal Fees, or Activation Fees.

All individuals who register on ZACMART become ZAC Community Members. Eligibility to receive Community Rewards begins only after completing the First Qualifying Purchase in accordance with the Company's Community Activation Policy and Compensation Plan.

Community Rewards are generated exclusively from eligible product purchases processed through ZACMART in accordance with the Community Commerce Distribution Model (CCDM). Registration, sponsorship, or introducing individuals alone does not generate Community Rewards.

Eligible Community Rewards may be withdrawn after: Completion of applicable verification procedures, Successful order completion, KYC verification (where applicable), and Compliance with Company policies. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with applicable laws and banking guidelines.

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location. Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen events beyond the Company's control.

Yes. Eligible products may be returned or replaced in accordance with the Company's Return, Refund & Replacement Policy. Please submit your return request within the applicable return period after delivery.

If an order is cancelled, refunded, reversed, or returned, any Community Rewards associated with that transaction may be adjusted, reversed, or recovered in accordance with the Company's published policies.

Yes. Authorised businesses and brands may register as Sellers or Vendors on ZACMART, subject to approval and compliance with the Company's Seller / Vendor Agreement and Marketplace Policies.

A Partner Store is an authorised retail business participating in the ZACMART ecosystem. Eligible purchases made through Partner Stores via QR Code scan may qualify for Community Rewards in accordance with the Company's Compensation Plan.

Yes. Anyone can purchase products through ZACMART as a customer. However, only registered Community Members who satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements may become eligible to receive Community Rewards in accordance with published policies.
