TERMS OF SERVICE

2. Community Membership

Community Membership is completely free.

Eligible individuals may join the ZUDIMA Ambassador Community by:

• Registering directly through ZACMART;
• Being introduced by an eligible Community Member; or
• Being invited directly by the Company.

Registration creates a Community Member account.

All individuals who register through ZACMART become ZAC Community Members.

Eligibility to receive Community Rewards begins only after completing the First Qualifying Purchase in accordance with the Company's Community Activation Policy.

3. Community Rewards

Community Rewards are generated exclusively from eligible product purchases.

No Community Reward is payable merely for:

• Registration
• Community Membership
• Sponsorship
• Introducing individuals
• Account creation

Community Reward distribution is governed by the Community Commerce Distribution Model (CCDM) and the Company's Compensation Plan Disclosure.

4. User Responsibilities

By using ZACMART, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Comply with all applicable laws and Company policies.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Respect the rights of customers, Community Members, Partner Stores, and other users.

You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users and Community Members must not:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated product claims.
• Claim that any product can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases unless permitted by applicable law.
• Guarantee income, profits, or financial success.
• Misrepresent the Community Commerce Distribution Model (CCDM) or the Company's policies.
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or Community Reward manipulation.
• Create unauthorised or fraudulent Community Member accounts.
• Misuse referral links, QR codes, promotional campaigns, Community Rewards, or other platform features.
• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of your account.

6. Orders, Payments & Deliveries

All product purchases are subject to:

• Product availability.
• Order verification.
• Payment confirmation.
• Shipping and delivery policies.

The Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where necessary for operational, legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.

7. Community Reward Payouts

Community Rewards become payable only after:

• Successful completion of eligible orders.
• Verification of eligible transactions.
• Compliance with applicable Company policies.
• Completion of required KYC verification, where applicable.

Withdrawals are subject to applicable Indian laws, including Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), where required.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, trade names, product names, software, website content, graphics, images, designs, and other intellectual property displayed on ZACMART are the exclusive property of ZUDIMA Lifestyle Private Limited or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or otherwise used without the Company's prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZUDIMA Lifestyle Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the use of ZACMART, its products, services, or community programs.

10. Suspension & Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate any account that violates these Terms, Company policies, or applicable laws.

Where permitted by law and the Company's policies, termination may result in suspension or forfeiture of pending Community Rewards associated with policy violations or fraudulent activities.

11. Changes to these Terms

The Company may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in business operations, technology, legal requirements, regulatory obligations, or Company policies.

Any revised Terms become effective from the date they are published on ZACMART.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the Company's registered office, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
