✦ Introduction

This Compensation Plan explains how Community Rewards are generated and distributed within the ZUDIMA Ambassador Community (ZAC) under the Community Commerce Distribution Model (CCDM).

ZAC is the official community program of ZUDIMA Lifestyle Private Limited, and ZACMART is the Company's official digital commerce platform.

Community Rewards arise exclusively from eligible product purchases processed through ZACMART or authorised Partner Stores. Registration, community participation, guidance, or introducing individuals alone does not generate any Community Reward.

Additionally, you can also earn income by selling our verified marketplace products through your partner link.

✦ Community Membership

Any eligible individual may become a Community Member by:

Registering directly through ZACMART;
Being introduced by an eligible Community Member; or
Being invited by the Company.

Membership Principles

Community Membership is completely free.
No joining fee, membership fee, renewal fee, subscription fee, or activation fee is charged.
Every registered user is recognised as a Community Member.
Eligibility to receive Community Rewards begins only after completion of the First Qualifying Purchase in accordance with the Community Activation Policy.

✦ Company Product Commissions

Purchases of ZUDIMA Company Products generate direct commissions based on the purchaser's status and the method of purchase.

✦ ZACMART Marketplace Commissions

Eligible Partner & Vendor Access Required

Selling Marketplace products on ZACMART generates attractive direct earnings and vendor commissions. Detailed marketplace commission pools, vendor distributions, and offline partner store shares are confidential and accessible exclusively to eligible verified Partners, Store Owners, and Vendors.

✦ Account Health Policy

To encourage continued participation in the community commerce ecosystem, Community Reward eligibility is influenced by Account Health based on recent eligible purchase or sales activity.

Any Community Reward reduced because of Account Health is automatically pooled and redistributed as bonus rewards among eligible ZACZONE participants maintaining 100% Account Health, in accordance with the CCDM.

Account Health is restored to 100% immediately upon completion of an eligible product purchase or eligible referral sale.

✦ Eligibility & Compliance

Community Rewards are payable only to eligible Community Members who:

Have completed the First Qualifying Purchase;
Comply with all Company policies;
Maintain verified account information where required.

If a ZACZONE position is not eligible at the time of reward processing, reward distribution will follow the applicable CCDM rules.

✦ Payout Conditions & Tax Compliance

Community Rewards become payable only after:

Successful order completion;
Verification procedures;
Compliance checks.

Withdrawals are subject to applicable Indian laws, including Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), where applicable.

Members must maintain verified KYC, PAN, and bank account details before requesting withdrawals.

✦ No Guaranteed Income

Community Rewards depend entirely on:

Eligible product purchases;
Customer demand;
Personal effort;
Sales activity;
Compliance with Company policies.

No income, profit, or financial success is guaranteed.

Past earnings, if any, do not guarantee future earnings.

✦ Company Rights

ZUDIMA Lifestyle Private Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue this Compensation Plan, in whole or in part, to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, judicial decisions, government directions, or legitimate business needs.

Any amendment becomes effective from the date published by the Company.
