Through ZACMART, Community Members can discover and purchase products, introduce products to others, participate in community activities, and become eligible to receive Community Rewards in accordance with the Community Commerce Distribution Model (CCDM) after completing the applicable eligibility requirements.

ZACMART is the official digital commerce platform developed by ZUDIMA Lifestyle Private Limited.

The platform enables:

• Customer and Community Member registration

• QR-enabled Partner Store commerce and camera scanning
• Marketplace integration for verified vendors
• Order and account management
• Automated Community Reward processing

ZACMART is designed to continuously evolve by integrating additional product categories, authorised marketplace partners, brands, and local businesses into a unified digital commerce ecosystem.

Community Membership is Completely FREE.

Individuals may become Community Members by:

• Registering directly through ZACMART;
• Being introduced by an eligible Community Member; or
• Receiving an invitation from the Company.

All registered users become Community Members immediately upon successful registration.

The Community Commerce Distribution Model (CCDM) is ZUDIMA's proprietary technology-enabled commerce framework.

The CCDM operates on the following principles:

• Community Rewards are generated exclusively from eligible product purchases.
• Registration or community participation alone does not generate Community Rewards.
• Community Rewards are distributed automatically through predefined platform rules.
• Genuine customer purchases remain the foundation of the ecosystem.
• Responsible product recommendations and long-term customer relationships are encouraged.
